PNK Miami. Packaging Design

As Art Director on this project, the brief wasn't to design a box it was to build a scalable packaging system capable of carrying PNK Miami's entire visual architecture across multiple formats without fracturing brand identity at any touchpoint.

Development started with format engineering before graphics. We worked through the precise measurements of every presentation from the 1¼ format to King Size cross-referenced against the product counts each package needed to hold (24, 50, and 100 cones). This dimensional exercise became the structural foundation the entire graphic proposal was built on: it defined the usable design zones, the scale of the graphic system, and how each visual element would behave relative to the size of the surface.

Building on that structure, we applied PNK's identity system the pink palette, hand-lettered "Miami" script, and illustrated skyline translating the brand language into a modular system able to scale across formats without losing visual hierarchy or brand strength. The creative logic behind it: the consumer should recognize PNK instantly, whether they're holding the 24-count package or the 100-count.

As the strategic close of the line, we developed a virtual bundle, pairing the King Size packaging with the PNK Miami rolling tray. More than a simple product pairing, this piece was conceived as a statement of system: showing how every element in the line packaging, product, accessory speaks the same visual language and reinforces a single brand narrative.

This project is as much a strategic exercise as a creative one: it shows how a well-built packaging system doesn't just contain the product it scales the brand coherently across every format in the line.
